At present, the company employs only engineering graduates. <\/p>\n<p>Around <strong>500 science<\/strong> graduates are now being trained under the pilot programme in <strong>Chennai<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>To tackle the manpower crunch in the IT industry, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that it would start a <strong>seven-month training programme<\/strong> for science graduates. <\/p>\n<p>Around <strong>500 <\/strong>science graduates are now being trained under the <strong>pilot <\/strong>programme at its <strong>Chennai <\/strong>facility.
