To those who came in late the top five software companies in India are T<strong>CS, Infosys, Wipro, Satyam and HCL Technologies.<\/strong> These figures are even more significant as salaries of existing staff have risen in an exponential manner and all companies posted a <strong>profit <\/strong>and growth of over <strong>20 <\/strong>per cent of last years figures.<\/p>\n<p>There is a good reason <strong><em>to look outside India for talent<\/em><\/strong>. Firstly <strong>Attrition rate<\/strong> in the Indian computer industry has been quite <strong>high <\/strong>around 12 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 15 per cent; as the more experienced staff job hop for better prospects.
